Hermes isn't a new idea dressed up as a classic — it's one of Papadatos' longer-running designs, tracing back to 2012, and it shows in how consistently it's described across retailers who've carried it for years: straight lines, decorative stitching that emphasizes the sofa's three-dimensional shape, and a thin, elegant seat cushion filled with goose feather rather than a deep, bulky foam block. It's a tailored look rather than an overstuffed one.
The 110D variant makes one specific, deliberate change to that formula: depth. Total depth increases from 100cm to 110cm, and seat depth grows from 60cm to 70cm — a full 10 centimeters more room to sit back into, useful if you're taller than average or simply prefer a deeper lounge than the standard Hermes offers. It's a precise adjustment, not a vague "extra comfort" gesture.
Underneath the upholstery, Hermes runs on a solid beech wood frame with wooden legs — a different material approach from the steel-legged, black-chrome-finished pieces found elsewhere in Papadatos' sofa range.
