The Papelito dining table is a sculptural statement piece designed to bring glamour, movement and contemporary Italian design into the modern dining room. Conceived as a true table-sculpture, Papelito creates a striking focal point while still feeling refined, elegant and beautifully balanced.
Designed by Margherita Fanti, the Papelito Keramik dining table explores fluid shapes, soft curves and natural movement. Inspired by the form of waves, its sinuous base gives the table a graceful, organic presence that feels both bold and sophisticated.
The curved metal base has been cleverly designed to change appearance depending on the angle it is viewed from. As light and shadow move across the structure, the full and empty cylindrical forms create a dynamic visual effect, making the table feel both slender and imposing. For an even more luxurious finish, the base can be enhanced with one of Cattelan Italia’s brushed finishes, hand-brushed by skilled craftsmen for added depth and texture.
The Papelito dining table collection is available in a variety of premium finishes and tabletop options. The glass version highlights the full serpentine silhouette of the base, while Papelito Wood introduces a warmer, more natural look with a choice of wooden top shapes. The range also includes the larger Papel and Papel 3.5 Glass models, ideal for spacious dining rooms and statement interiors.
