Description
Planer sets out to unsettle the usual relationship between horizontal and vertical lines, bringing unexpected oblique volumes into the dining room. It's less a single table than a family: a steel base, offered across several finishes, that can carry a range of different tops.
The original Planer paired painted steel legs with a glass top before evolving into Planer Crystalart, whose glass top carries an artistic printed decoration. Planer Keramik and Planer Keramik Premium follow with a ceramic top -- the Premium version finished with a lacquered, rounded lower profile.
Planer Wood adds a barrel-shaped timber top with angled edges, optionally finished with the same rounded profile, while the more elaborate Planer Masterwood is built from diagonal planks with rounded edges. Three round tables complete the family: Planer Round in glass, Planer Keramik Round in ceramic, and Planer Ker-Wood Round, which combines an outer timber ring with a ceramic centre.
