Designer: Andrea Lucatello
Paramount carries an irreverent edge within a refined frame, the doors' convex glass shaping the sideboard's rhythm across the room. Achieving that curve takes considerable skill in the glass manufacturing, and the finish -- matt or glossy -- changes the piece's character: glossy doors throw a near-surreal mirrored reflection of the surrounding room.
The quality of the materials used for the shelving and base, inside and out, marks this out as a piece of serious Italian craftsmanship rather than a simple storage unit.
